NO RETURNS / NO EXCHANGES POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please review all product details, sizing information, and order selections carefully before completing your purchase.


EXCEPTIONS (READ THIS SO WE DON’T ARGUE LATER)

We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • We are not responsible for buyer’s remorse

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

  • We do not issue refunds for wear, washing, or misuse
